PROJECT INFORMATION

SCOPE: The modernization of the existing buildings A, N, and P. The demolition of existing classroom wings; the construction of a
new multi-use building C, the construction of a new classroom building B, lunch shelter, and exterior site improvements. The
modernization shall include, but may not be limited to, underground utility replacement, concrete and asphalt
replacement, landscaping, new HVAC systems, selective lighting system replacement, new windows and doors, and
selective replacement of architectural finishes.
Increment II:  Connection of 2 modular classroom buildings including but not limited to building foundations, infrastructure utility tie-in, and
specific interior M.E.P. connections.
