Project Description:  This project includes but is not limited to site improvements, replacement of roof top units, and modernization of restrooms (finishes, fixtures, and partitions). Site improvements include updates to ADA parking, new passenger drop off, associated access upgrades, and egress lighting improvements. Replacement of rooftop units occur at buildings 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, and 700. Restroom upgrades occur at buildings 300 and 400.
