Project Description:  Lease-leaseback contract for construction of four (4) new PC buildings located on an existing campus. The basis of the design for the buildings are per the District’s sole source, Timber-Quest, a DSA pre-check (PC), and prefabricated building system design. 

The scope of work also includes, but is not limited to, sitework, utilities, and infrastructure to new buildings (including sewer, storm, electrical, water, irrigation), assembly of pre-fabricated buildings, to include building pads, new fabric shade structure, parking lot, tennis and basketball courts, site fencing and lighting.
