Project Description:

a.  Demolition of existing play-box on south-east corner of the campus, along S. Fair Oaks Ave and prepare the site for installation of stockpiled 40’x60′ modular classroom building and associated site and utility work. Connection of two modular classroom buildings, including but not limited to building foundations, infrastructure utility tie-in, and specific interior M.E.P. connections.

b.  Modular Building Manufacturer: American Modular Systems: Owner Furnished.

c.  New play-box with resilient surfacing and all associated work. Play Equipment: Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI)
