I joined the Aedis team fresh out of college and have never been happier! I have been here for the past four years and the reason I enjoy work so much is that I feel as though I have a voice here and that my ideas and thoughts resonate with my superiors. The Leadership team at Aedis encourages our office to openly communicate and ask questions which really boosts the office’s organizational health. I came to California from the East Coast and I have since found a new love for the outdoors. I love to hike and take long drives down Highway 1. Being from New York, I am definitely a foodie and love to take adventures to find the next best meal. Outside of work, I have become pretty involved with our local AIA Silicon Valley Chapter, which is a nonprofit organization uniting architects, where I have been focusing on graphic design for the chapter with one of my major accomplishments being the Inaugural AI Conference in San Jose and more recently becoming a director on the Women In Architecture (WIA) Committee.
